DESCRIPTION

The LOWE 5504 HOSE CUTTERS allow you to cut hoses, plastic tubes and round stock effortlessly.

With a cut diameter of 28mm and triangular shaped blade, the Lowe 5505 Cutters are great for corrugated pipe and soft hoses. They are indispensable for electrical installers, auto manufacturing, heating, sanitation and drainage technology. The clean, perpendicular cuts which can be achieved, for instance for cutting hydraulic and compressed air hoses to length and in the automotive industry, are extremely impressive.

The triangular blade is a new design which is suitable for cutting hoses of all kinds, even fabric reinforced and corrugated tube. The precise entering into the material without crushing or squeezing is owed to the pointed tip of the blade and results in a perfect vertical cut, and the spring opens the cutter by itself and offers more comfortable use compared to other tools.

MAINTENANCE

Although the blades on these tools are made from high-grade steel alloy, to keep them working effectively you should clean them after each use to prevent dirt and debris from accumulating.

We recommend sharpening the blades when necessary to ensure optimal cutting performance. Regular maintenance will keep your tools sharp, making sure you have clean and precise cuts every time.

If residue has built up over time, our Yanipika Sap and Resin Cleaner should return your blade to good working order. After drying the tool thoroughly, we recommend applying our special purpose Mineral and Camellia Oil and always store your tools away in a moisture free spot.
