Using a precise quenching and tempering process, Okatsune tools are made from special grade forged high carbon steel, heat treated, tempered and precision ground, to produce incredibly sharp blades that will keep their edges longer.

When will I get my order?

All our orders are sent via courier (within NZ only). Your order should arrive within 1-2 days if you live in an urban area (it may take a few more days to reach you if you live rurally).

We also offer free freight on orders over $250 (with a few exceptions).

Whats your Return policy?

If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a refund to the value of the goods (provided the item is return undamaged and in it's original packaging).

If an item has replacement part it will be listed under the "Replacement parts" tab under the product details.

If there is nothing under this tab, then the item is either a part itself or the product does not have parts.
