Terms and Conditions:
Below are the terms and conditions we follow for the supply of goods and services to you, our customers.

Warranty Policy:
Products from Silky Saws, Okatsune, Castellari and Lowe have a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase. All other products have a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy. Shipping and handling costs are not covered by the warranty.

Repair or Replacement:
If you return a product for repair or replacement, if it is covered under warranty (see above) then the repair or replacement will be at our expense. If the product is out of warranty, then we can still have the product repaired, however this may be at the customers own cost. In some cases we may not be able to repair or replacement certain products due to availability or discontinuation of that particular product.

Refund/Return Policy:
If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a refund to the value of the goods. If however you have requested a refund or returning goods because you have changed your mind, the refund will be less any administrative fees already incurred during the original transaction from 3rd parties (e.g. credit card fees or commissions). If you are physically returning goods, they must be unused and in the original packaging, and the product is in the same condition as you received it in.

In the case of returning a product due to any damage caused during transit, you must return the item to us within 7 days of receipt, to ensure the correct procedures are carried out within the specified time to claim from the carrier.

Law Enforcement and Protection of Users:
We will release personally identifiable information to third parties and organizations when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so to comply with the law. We will also do so to cooperate with law enforcement investigations, comply with court orders or subpoenas, protect our legal rights and those of our users, or when we believe the release of information is needed for fraud protection and/ or credit risk reduction.

Business Transfer:
Redwood Imports Limited has been in business independently for over 15 years, and our intent is to continue on in this fashion for a lot longer yet. However, in the unlikely event that this business is sold, has substantially all of its assets acquired, or merges or becomes affiliated with any other individual or entity, any customer information owned or under the control of Redwood Imports Ltd may be one of the transferred assets.
