When will I get my order?
All our orders are sent via courier (within NZ only). Your order should arrive within 1-2 days if you live in an urban area (it may take a few more days to reach you if you live rurally).
We also offer free freight on orders over $250 (with a few exceptions).

Whats your Return policy?
If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a refund to the value of the goods.
If however you have requested a refund or returning goods because you have changed your mind, the refund will be less any administrative fees already incurred during the original transaction from 3rd parties (e.g. credit card fees or commissions).
If you are physically returning goods, they must be unused and in the original packaging, and the product is in the same condition as you received it in.In the case of returning a product due to any damage caused during transit, you must return the item to us within 7 days of receipt, to ensure the correct procedures are carried out within the specified time to claim from the carrier.
