When will I get my order?

All our orders are sent via courier (within NZ only). Your order should arrive within 1-2 days if you live in an urban area (it may take a few more days to reach you if you live rurally).

We also offer free freight on orders over $250 (with a few exceptions).

Whats your Return policy?

If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a refund to the value of the goods (provided the item is return undamaged and in it's original packaging).

Do you stock replacement parts?

If an item has replacement parts they will be listed under the "Replacement parts" tab under the product details. If there is nothing under this tab, then the item is either a part itself or the product does not have parts.
